Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Projekts Vision (Private) Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Projekts Vision provides custom software development services, including but not limited to web applications, mobile apps, AI solutions, and UI/UX design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks used in the project remain the property of their respective owners. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion or at agreed milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projekts Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Specific termination terms may be outlined in individual project agreements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with Pakistani law.
